Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Sharon Roses Emporium. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy that aligns with European consumer protection regulations.
✅ Returns:
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
✅ Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
✅ Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
✅ How to Return:

- We will provide further instructions and the return shipping address.
International Returns
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Any customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
